J’ai toujours rêvé d’être un gangster = I Always Wanted to Be a Gangster – A very funny movie – and poster; much more amusing than Bonnie & Clyde, that typical bloody Hollywood disaster. This is French esprit as I like it! would like to get that film in Germany too (I’m German). P.S.: This photography by the French artist Louise, is much more than a link to a funny film: the man on the left side, disappearing, the empty little city streets, the action on the wall, but not in reality – or maybe always in small cities like these, nightly?

mehr als jenes bluttriefende Hollywood Melodram Bonnie and Clyde hat mir diese französische Variante des Themas gefallen: mit Esprit, mit Leichtigkeit, mit Ironie wird hier behandelt, was in der Realität nachzuahmen dennoch auf keinen Fall anzuraten wäre: eventuell ist das der Grund, wieso es diesen Film als Video-Abspeicherung in Deutschland überhaupt gar nicht erst gibt …
