    • well we saw some dinosaurs on the Autobahn last week on our way to Amsterdam – they are called trucks nowadays. The drivers are often very tired by their long distance trip from Poland to Rotterdam or Antwerp, sometimes they sleep a second and forget to hold their line – well we felt like little Dutch ducks, pushed by some dinosaurs …

    • P.S.:
      as for your ROPE photo:
no, do not remove, there are ropes, and if someone takes a rope for suicide, it was his decision. Not guilty: ropes – or your photo. I only dared to tell you my association – and thank you for reading it. As Naomi Baltuk wrote for my S-challenge:
      “…so long as there is
      someone left to tell it
      and someone willing to listen,
      the story will survive…”

SSS Challenge: http://wp.me/a2dwKf-15F The Strange Story of the Stilleto’s

I bought these functional business shoes for my various meetings when I am not wearing construction boots. I wore them to Las Vegas for the Trade Show and they served me very well ( I did not say comfortably ) They served the purpose. When I got back home I only had the right shoe???? Evidentially I left the left shoe in my hotel room somehow. Sigh..They were not cheap but I need a professional shoe so I jumped online and ordered another pair. Why I kept the spare I do not know but I threw it under my bed and eventually received the new pair. During the very HOT summer I visit different firms with a heavy briefcase. Walking the streets of NYC in high heels is not much fun so I stuff my shoes in my briefcase (wear sandals) and when I get to the door I slip gracefully (??) into my heels. Well this particular day I arrived to set up my presentation, reached in to put on my oh so professional heels and what do you think I found??? ONLY the left shoe. Somewhere between the parking garage and 8 blocks the right shoe must have fallen out. I was much shorter for that presentation and I couldn’t wait to get home to see what shoe I had thrown under the bed. DING! DING! I had a match. To me this is a funny story.
