  4. Cute kitty video. Your Emily is quite precious!

Here are two Japanese words – “subarashi” and “sugoi”
    Also “single parent”

    • “…My mother,
who became divorced and a single parent
when I was too young to remember,
      raised, supported and nurtured me,
AND worked full time and multiple jobs
      to provide for me…”

  7. Lots of S’s. My name Stephen, The Soul Stirrers, Syracuse New York, Satchmo, songs, sunshine, sasporilla sodas, sex, sanity, Satskatchewan, Sagamore Street, and stories of all sorts.
    So…Here’s a story called What a Story http://bumbastories.wordpress.com/2012/08/13/what-a-story-2/

    • well we saw some dinosaurs on the Autobahn last week on our way to Amsterdam – they are called trucks nowadays. The drivers are often very tired by their long distance trip from Poland to Rotterdam or Antwerp, sometimes they sleep a second and forget to hold their line – well we felt like little Dutch ducks, pushed by some dinosaurs …

    • P.S.:
      as for your ROPE photo:
no, do not remove, there are ropes, and if someone takes a rope for suicide, it was his decision. Not guilty: ropes – or your photo. I only dared to tell you my association – and thank you for reading it. As Naomi Baltuk wrote for my S-challenge:
      “…so long as there is
      someone left to tell it
      and someone willing to listen,
      the story will survive…”

  9. Thank you for another great challenge! S is for “Sfratto,” the Italian word for Eviction, and also for “Survival Stories.” http://naomibaltuck.wordpress.com/2012/02/26/survival-stories/

  10. thanks for the share of “Simon” video…typical cat behavior for sure!

SSS Challenge: http://wp.me/a2dwKf-15F The Strange Story of the Stilleto’s

I bought these functional business shoes for my various meetings when I am not wearing construction boots. I wore them to Las Vegas for the Trade Show and they served me very well ( I did not say comfortably ) They served the purpose. When I got back home I only had the right shoe???? Evidentially I left the left shoe in my hotel room somehow. Sigh..They were not cheap but I need a professional shoe so I jumped online and ordered another pair. Why I kept the spare I do not know but I threw it under my bed and eventually received the new pair. During the very HOT summer I visit different firms with a heavy briefcase. Walking the streets of NYC in high heels is not much fun so I stuff my shoes in my briefcase (wear sandals) and when I get to the door I slip gracefully (??) into my heels. Well this particular day I arrived to set up my presentation, reached in to put on my oh so professional heels and what do you think I found??? ONLY the left shoe. Somewhere between the parking garage and 8 blocks the right shoe must have fallen out. I was much shorter for that presentation and I couldn’t wait to get home to see what shoe I had thrown under the bed. DING! DING! I had a match. To me this is a funny story.
