    • I’m not surprised to find ICE in Bulgaria – especially this year!
your tags – some in cyrillic letters, I like them:

  11. Here is my entry for A-Z ARCHIVE: I CHALLENGE

    • “… the name “Ichabod” in the Bible means the glory is gone. We find many small churches across our country in which the glory of the Lord has departed and the church building has closed down…”

  12. What an enchanting cottage. I can imagine legends of old being lived out behind those ivy covered walls. 🙂

  13. Great ivy photo! Last year I did a daily photo challenge – photos by the alphabet! I was particularly happy with my letter i – it was a freezing cold day and I was low on inspiration when I remembered the inukshuk statue art along the river. In summer, many come to photograph and paint the sculptures. An interesting collection that is destroyed every winter by the snow and ice, and rebuilt every spring.

  15. gosh i’d love to live in that house!!!!

  16. Hi everybody, and happy A-Z Archive Challenge Tuesday! Here’s my interpretation of this week’s “I” challenge:

  17. Now that’s what I call a ‘Green’ building 😉 Very nice idea for I frizztext 🙂

Here’s mine – Ironically, building on a somewhat larger scale!…

    • “… an Italianate design by S W Daukes. The foundation stone was laid by Prince Albert. The asylum opened in 1851. It was built to hold 1000 patients and had 6 miles of corridors – it was the largest in Europe.”
though it looks like a royal resident I’m glad not to live in an asylum …

  20. This IVY HOUSE has got to be the very greatest selection for the “I” challenge in archives project. My utmost congratulations as I soak up more of the green and smell that unique ivy smell when the stems are brushed against.

  21. Very cool house indeed!

  22. It looks like a cute little hobbit house 🙂

    • yes a hobbit house, our son in law (1.99 meter) said to me (1.75 meter) that would be a fine hobbit house for me; he is wondering, that a hobbit father has a tall daughter 1.84 barefoot, 1.92 on high heels …

  29. Nice blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it from somewhere? A design like yours with a few simple adjustements would really make my blog shine. Please let me know where you got your theme. Thanks a lot

  31. How can you not raise an eyebrow (window) and smile?!

    • the window in the roof
      (eye of the house)
      seems to have an eyebrow,
this house is staring at you…
you now gave me the motivation to search in old CD-ROMs for more of this house – I know I have some, featuring the interior; I made the series in October 2009 – I hope you will like the upload(I will start soon) …

    • thank you for your reflections on INDEPENDENCE!!!
“Pride and arrogance” make us free, indeed …
      lesson learned by your pets!

      • I have always amused me over the word “arrogance” is a word that has a negative value to many ears – if you describe a person must not like – conversely so if it’s a person, much like it is the same attitude suddenly become overview, realistically, a person who has the ability to hover over the waters “, serenity, regal calm or other words with positive values… 😉

Why call the same attitude different words in cases of like versus not like the person behind the attitude… 😉

Hearing from you makes my day!
