Dear Frizz,
The big bird just came out of the oven, and I am about to carve a turkey for the first time! My husband and kids are vegetarians, but many of our guests need turkey for Thanksgiving. Wish me luck!
We are also serving pierogi and latkes, with cranberry sauce instead of applesauce, as we are celebrating bothThanksgiving and Hanukkah tonight. The menorahs will shine brightly tonight. Wishing you and all your readers a very happy holiday!

Hadn’t heard Alice’s Restaurant in such a long time…Thanks…Had a very nice Thanksgiving with the Grandkids at my youngest son’s home…Nothing like being with family and friends you love… Hope yours was great!
