As I recently discovered a story about a barge ship laden with scrap car hulks [at the telegraph.co.uk], I remembered the song by Ry Cooder “If things could talk” – and I remembered all the old vehicles sent by various photographers to my group BLOG IT. Enjoy the four pictures below, click on the images to enter the flickr galleries of the different artists!

These old cars would probably say, “I’ve lived my life until I ran out of gas and rusted away.” What do you think? GREAT PHOTOS!
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!

There’s a huge car culture in the states that bring these beauties back to (more than) their former glory – love it!

Often when I visit ancient ruins or other very old places and buildings, I wonder what stories they would be able to tell. I think it would be fascinating.
Great collection of of old vehicles. I’m sure they have quite a history.

these a great photo’s, Frizz. The green with the orange / red rust is so beautiful. I worked with copper and it oxidizes like that.
Ry Cooder is one of my favorites. Thanks for posting on Gilly’s site.
