Lonesome Tree’s History

I found this photo with the title=”Alentejo” on Flickr’s “Explore” page (6.09.2013) – the shot was composed by António Sardinha, Portugal, kindly sent to my group BLOG IT!, click on the picture to enter his galleries on Flickr.com – then I remembered, that recently one of my four little grandchildren, aged two, had retired under such a shadow spending tree – and he was throwing balls. After some time his mother discovered that the balls he threw were horse droppings. Previously, a herd of horses had sought protection under the tree.
