Queen’s Day = Koninginnedag Netherlands

Every year you can meet many happy people in the Netherlands on 30th of April, celebrating their QUEEN’s DAY = the “Koninginnedag” – more at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koninginnedag – it seems, that every Dutch woman thinks to be a queen on that day, so they are celebrating themselves, posing proudly for the cameras = a basic democratical rite, not following the submissive attitude of the British subjects: so in the Netherlands we do not have a Queen’s Day but more a Queens’ Day (orange is the Dutch color) …
