I remembered your shark sculpture when I yesterday watched a film document on ARTE TV featuring primitive wooden sculptures made in GHANA: a coffin art: an airplane for the funeral service of a pilot, a big fish to have a box for a killed fisher, a Mercedes Benz, a chicken hen for a mother who died – we should learn in Europe from Africa…
your roots are back to Africa, Gilly, I hope your neighbourhood feels deep respect and no stupid arrogance. Continue to write your wonderful little poems as a goal for others to explore what a noble point of view human beings can have, even coming outside from England…
I think the Brexit is probably a good thing. The “status quo” isn’t working for the majority of people and it is a time for a rethink of all this globalization.

I don’t like walls either Frizz. However, these trade deals don’t have a lot to do with trade. They seem to be more concerned about removing power of local democracies. They have to get rid of the Chapter 11 issue and should be governed by the laws of the area they wish to operate. Disputes are dealt with in secret Tribunals.
The secrecy behind these deals makes the whole process suspect.

I also have the blues, sing me that all this is just a nightmare and that we will see the light soon … !!!

maybe we should change our European habits for a funeral –
one of your wooden totems would be better than the usual stones!

Frizz I don’t know where it will all end, but I fear things will get worse before they get better.
