“BLACKBIRD” by Paul McCartney inspired many musicians to pay a little tribute to this wonderful composition. Paul told he was inspired by J. S. Bach. P.S.: I read, that Paul McCartney meant his BLACKBIRD metaphorical: he wanted to support the civil rights movement, especially the courage of the African Americans in the sixties: “Blackbird singing in the dead of night. Take these broken wings and learn to fly. All your life you were only waiting for this moment to arise…”
