August in Osage County

Yesterday we had our cinema evening – and were deeply touched by the movie “August in Osage County” with Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts etc. – several times as emotional landmark the played Eric Clapton’s “Lay down Sally” – so I was forced to play a simple version last night, sitting on my bedside:

We saw the movie a while back and thought it was good. Great acting – and gave us a lot to talk about on the way home. I like your version of “Lay Down Sally.”

  4. I never go to the cinema, Frizz, but this looks a good movie. Can’t fault the cast. I’ll look out for it on TV. Liked your rendition of Sally 🙂
