To know her is to love her

Maybe this song is much too romantic for your taste? I heard it in my first dancing lesson in the sixties, title “To know HIM is to love HIM” – of course I changed, trying to perform a simple unplugged tribute, the lyrics to “to know HER is to love HER…”

The Teddy Bears

Emmylou Harris, Dolly Parton, Linda Ronstadt

Amy Winehouse R.I.P.

The Beatles

David Bromberg

  1. Love your version, Frizz, but also intrigued by some of the other versions, especially Amy Winehouse. What a waste, that girl’s gone.

  3. It’s incredible how many versions there are. I like songs when the words are almost spoken rather than sung. Nicely done …
Yes, I have to agree with Ji – such a shame that a great talent like Amy Winehouse is gone too soon.
