Shorted Anthem

1734 J.S. Bach created this chorale for the “St. Matthew Passion”, known with the lyrics “O sacred head now wounded” (O Haupt voll Blut und Wunden). 1973 Paul Simon wrote the lyrics for his “American Tune” using J.S. Bach’s chord progressions. I played a shorted version in C major. Work in progress: how to add a modern saxophone, blues harp etc.?
