For The Royals

My fingerstyle guitar tribute to John Lennon’s ironic “HER MAJESTY”; my cat sang the lyrics but she was sitting at the wrong side of the microphone:
My Singing Cat

GlennP from Florida was so kind to make my ragtime guitar fingerstyle arrangement so much more interesting by adding his self written lyrics and genial vocals: “HIGH CLASS GIRL”
I played the chord progression five times

Really love the photo of your beautiful wife ! It’s rich in color and texture!

  5. “I imagine she’s a pretty nice girl….” That “Her Majesty”?
HIgh Class Girl is pretty cool, very bluegrass-y (I think). The lyrics fit well with the melody and accompaniment. Nice job. It’s been a long time since I’ve written any songs worth publishing. The poem in my B . . . Is For Barn is is about as poetic as I’ve waxed in recent years. Don’t know if it’s laziness or I just don’t care any more. Except for my f-stop fantasy blog (at least of late), I haven’t been keeping up with my writing blogs very well. I must be getting old. 🙂
