Now I understood how to put my flickr and soundcloud html-codes into my wordpress sidebar / footer, dragging the widget “TEXT” via my dashboard into the correct position.

P.S.:
To play guitar collaborating with other musicians is my passion – so I hope you’ll enjoy some of my tracks via the soundcloud playlist in my footer!

Nice Frizz! I’ve spent some time today on WordPress trying a few new things as well. 🙂

I tried to get the twitter widget with my (not many) tweets on my sidebar and all I drew was a blank. Pretty sure I followed everything correctly but no go…I’ll try again on a calmer day. Glad it all came into place for you

hi Elisa, because you asked: does your Duet Theme offer a sidebar or a footer? Did you go on your dashboard to appearance, widgets – dragging TEXT? put a html-code into the empty TEXT widget box – it took me one year to manage to drag my soundcloud and flickr into that position – also possible with twitter…

Duet offers only a sidebar, but since I use full frame the SB appears only on the menu pages…a design I wish the engineers would change. I’ll fiddle with it today…widgets know no fury like a frustrated blogger on a mission!

I like the soundcloud down at the bottom of your site, very fresh looking – as well as great sounding!
