Thanks for your invitation. It was great to meet your wife Barbara and you Dietmar! Great idea to rent a livingboat in the centre of Amsterdam. You stayed in the most famous and charming area of Amsterdam. Your photos gives a good impression. I should have brought Dutch bock beer for you. It’s special darker beer which is drinked in the Autumn days. Yes, when it snows in winter it’s also magical. But always hard to determine when it’s gonna snow since we have a sea climate. Keep in touch!

Watch out for those seagulls. If you have food in your hand, they will rob you of it before you know it. I have experienced that myself.
