Risk (Weekly Writing Challenge)

frizz-comment: I worked in a factory to earn money for to study at the university. In the factory there were no emergency stop at the machines (1967), it was very dangerous! Some new machines already had an emergency stop: reserved for the old men and the boss. The old machines without any emergency stop: for the students with less experience. Not very fair. I had some little accidents (a finger split into two half etc.)

    I played on them too
    we had a few near misses with children trying to get on or off when the carousel was moving

    I understand trying to keep kids safe, but keeping them in a bubble is not healthy either.
