Weekly Photo Challenge: One Shot Two Ways

At first I was attracted by a painter’s art school class in the afternoon sun, they had their focus on this old house in Nuremberg (it’s a student’s home). Then I returned after midnight, to catch the reflections in the river, vertical format was needed.

    • I totally agree with the reflected image – what a great idea, it gives us a completely different perspective. I actually had to go back to the first photo to ‘check’ if it was the same… Great job, Frizz!!

    I noticed your comment about avoiding vertical formats. I prefer taking horizontal photographs as well, but I have to say, the vertical version is all about the big picture. I wonder what I’ve been missing all this time….
