Every Tuesday, step by step, I’m walking with my readers from A to Z, last week we had the “EEE”-challenge, so this week we’ll take “F” – I’m sure you’ll also find a a photo, a story or a music title tagged with “F”! Feel free to add in the comments below the link to your personal interpretation of the letter “F”!!! Myself I’ll visualize the term “fleeting”:
Berlin is the city of fleeting movements and moments: in the night Berlin goes dancing: at the river Spree shore, near the Monbijou Park …

– and what about music, tagged “F”?
I tried to finger out on my acoustic guitar the arrangement “FEELINGS” as heard by the street musician Gennadiy Pilch from Ukraine:
and I’ll never forget the feelings of Nina Simone, could cry with her:

+ some of last week’s EEE:
Nice picking, Frizz. Here is my depiction of the letter f.
my favorite: the second, the great monochrome brick wall!
hi Frizz, the song brought a couple of good memories 🙂 thank you … and my entry please: http://alwaysbobswife.wordpress.com/2013/08/06/frizz-f-family-fun/
thank you, April, for finding the next oxymoron with “we take fun seriously”!
Hi there Frizz, what a beautiful fleeting moment in Berlin. Love the picture – vibrant!
Here’s my F contribution this week: Fridays Resort in Boracay where we stayed:
hi Myra, many photos taken by your 11 year old daughter Myka = she follows and enjoys your passion = perfect! [nice to see your husband too!]
Aside from the American Eff word, the first thing I think of is FRIZZ! Would that be a pingback? Looking through my files I see lots of F’s. There’s Fiction, there’s Folk music, the Funny Pages (another of my fledgling (unsuccessful) ventures). I’ll attach the folksong the Ballad of the FFV, which has two F’s and a wonderful story (another sad one, though).
you’ve uploaded again nice music, lyrics – and blog post. Recently we had a bad train crash in Spain – maybe we had to write (and sing) monthly updates related to this topic…
pretty nice ….felt good listening to it …keep it going 🙂
Your depiction of Berlin makes me think it is still like it was pre-WW II.
Lovely rendition of “Feelings,” Frizz. Thank you!
BERLIN = “still like it was pre-WW II…” – do you mean: not watching the dark political foreshadows of future?
I don’t know why, dear Jamie, but I cannot comment at your blog (I often tried, technical problems hidden to my eyes…)
Frizz, thanks again for hosting this wonderful challenge! Here’s my post for “FFF”: http://goomfh.wordpress.com/2013/08/06/fff-challenge/
thanks for your happy message from Greece!
You are very welcome Frizz. Always a pleasure to participate to your challenge!!! 🙂
Love this FFFrizz! http://wp.me/p2dwKf-RC
I walked over glass – but hesitated to do this with burning coals …
Me tooooooo but 20 or so emerged unscathed but I had to travel back from Hawaii with three 3 plane changes or I might have.. . . .
Nina Simone is not a singer, she’s a character, a great human being – so much more than a tool for music business …
I wasn’t thinking she was a singer as much as a feeler. ;-). She had me holding my breath.
she’s a healer, she’s a feeler …
Strange Fruit is one of my favourite songs of all time. Intensely powerful.
Hi Frizz, I made better progress than I thought I would.
My contribution, for this week, should be here:
Love this post, Frizz! Here is my entry: http://shareandconnect.wordpress.com/2013/08/06/fff-fu-fast-and-forward/
Thank you again for hosting the challenge!
Maybe I should add: This post is about Ms. Fu’s accomplishments, not a book review…
Ms. Fu for sure is a great role model for many young women!
P.S.: it is still important to encourage young women
(I have two daughters, one a banker, another an architect)
Love the Berlin photo, and once again, your fingerpicking is great! Here’s my contribution for the FFF Challenge. http://unexpectedincommonhours.wordpress.com/2013/08/06/fff-challenge-fiery-fungi/

you made me smile, Laura, with your
” foursome of feathered friends
frolic in the fountain froth…”!!!
Hi Frizz, nice fleeting moment photograph. Singer has a very expressive face. This is first time I’m taking part, my take F for frolic. Hope you like it.- http://amaltaas.wordpress.com/2013/08/07/fff-challenge-by-frizztext/
Frizz, I hope you don’t mind, I wanted to join in on the fun. 🙂
Such an interesting post for the Letter FFF. Nina Simone another incredible singer. The old songs, singers and musicians … outstanding.
I fear the constant rain has blocked my internet from time to time. It has been hard to post or comment. I hope to get my entry to this weeks challenge up in between the summer storms.
Thank you for listing my entry from Letter EEE. ~~~~ : – )
It’s the Great Famine from me: http://travelwithintent.com/2013/08/09/f-is-for-famine/
F is for a Fabulous Friday – please have a look at
“…Fainthearted becomes Fair spoken
Faced by Fearless
Flickering Faith takes Flight
Feather soft Fast asleep
like sand from Footsteps…”
your poems are always a tough challenge
for my translating machines 🙂

Sorry this is SO late, Frizz!
Will work on “G” when I can.
good to have your poetic work continuously in my A to Z challenge, Bennetta!
the list of content, if you missed a letter…
I may be late again for “G”, but I’ll eventually get current, I hope.
I’m a bit late due to my vacation time but here is my entry.
Love Nina SImone and your rendition of feelings. It’s always
a pleasure to hear you play as I read your entry and others.
you made me smile, Isadora, with: “At the rescue shelter, the twin cats were known as the ‘G’ girls because their names were Giselle and Gloria…”
