some clouds appeared behind the mountains – a sign for the hang gliding sportsman, to make an end to his passion …

second idea:

though we gave a foreshadow to our neighbour’s cat (we call him Edward Snowden), he continued to ignore the signs, we gave to him …
+
third idea:
Mr. Einstein stood at the window of his bureau and his brain was empty. A rainbow hit his house. Suddenly he knew: Everything is relative!

+
fourth idea:
up above their heads my goldfishes noticed something like a foreshadow. But we all know, their memory has space for three seconds only. So they soon had forgotten the sign. Only the cat stayed in focus …

+
fifth idea:

How to discuss all the preparations for violence? Not to change the gun laws for example in the USA is a very bad foreshadow for the next 1,000 victims of street violence and school massacres. That’s not black humour. That’s not superstitious, it’s reality.
+
sixth idea:
maybe the clash of Islam culture vs. Western women’s liberation goals is a foreshadow for increasing male dominance in Arabian and other countries?

+
… and music for the topic? Me on a bad tin guitar, playing BAD MOON RISING:
brr… I hate the second one, even if the cat use the weapon against a mouse

Interesting, if not a bit dark humorous take on the theme.

the cat was not hurt, but maybe Edward Snowden in the future? And for sure some European and even US laws have been already hurt by NSA spy activities; they do not spy only vs. terrorism – they are collecting millions of data from European business companies too… – a foreshadow for a $$ winning battle of American car industry vs. European and Asian car industry, military technologies etc.? What do you think, which country sells most high tech weapons into third world? Some foreshadows too. I know you are a Lutherian priest. How to discuss not the banality of clouds, wedding rings or empty wine bottles, but to discuss all the preparations for violence? Not to change the gun laws for example in the USA is a very bad foreshadow for the next 1,000 victims of street violence and school massacres. That’s not black humour. That’s not superstitious, it’s reality.

Great collection! Both of the cat ones are so funny, and my favorite is the hang glider — how often do we only notice the storms of life after it is too late to get out of their way?
