Very nice image, and I have actually wondered quite a few times what it might be like to live a totally simplified life. There are times when that seems tempting, but I am probably too spoiled.

I remember visiting the park one October, taking the wooden boardwalk loop trail through the steamy hot springs, and finding a gigantic bison parked right on the walk. They come down from the hills when the weather turns cold. There was no way around. We waited for a little while, but the bison was going anywhere. They are very large and unpredictable, so we finally decided to turn around and go back the way we had come, rather than disturb the big guy.
