This Old House – about getting older

1954, I heard on the radio a song about an old house and an old man who had become too tired to fix it even further. Now I myself am grown old, but I still play guitar and make uploads to soundcloud, so if time, listen to my fingers:

  3. Loved listening to your guitar playing just now with my coffee, here in a little country town about 60 miles east of San Francisco, so here you are too. Perfect way to start the day. I really like the thoughts you and Marina posted; so true that the soul travels and that brings happiness.
