P.S.:
Whether they are mothers themselves or not, I personally get as much respect for the women’s rights activist Rita Banerji in Calcutta or the gynecologist Catou P. in Brussels. Of course I have my own wife in my head, her mother and grandmother, or my daughters: Soon will be born a granddaughter: It’s mostly an admirable chain of great solidarity that can be discovered!

thank you Rosmarie for your picture above, the mother playing with her child sitting on some steps in the city Leipzig – and thank you for your kind comment to my own photo, featuring my wife Barbara with our two daughters – scanned, many years ago:

and, Rosmarie, because you found a dog-mother alone under a bridge: one wonders why such a bobtail-mother was abandoned by their human beings …
worse it is if human mothers have no support – as my mother in 1945 (she stuffed me into an orphanage) – or currently many mothers even in war-free Europe: we adore the gynecologist Catou P. in Brussels who did much for mothers who wanted an abortion illegal …

dear Madhu, my mail address is: frizztext@aol.com – if that does not work, I am actually trying to get support via some flickr photographers:

P.S.:
last week we had a heart touching visit from a Dutch family (two little boys): the young mother is getting blind completely step by step, now she has got a dog for support – and we adore how close and heartful her contact is to her children …

Beautiful photos Dietmar! Unfortunately it is not always a happy experience to be a mother of daughters in India!!! See this — Secret Betrayals between mothers and daughters http://genderbytes.wordpress.com/2012/05/13/the-secret-betrayal-between-mothers-and-daughters/

hello Rita,
I’ve commented there at “genderbytes”:
The best method against the concealment is to make it public.
P.S.:
if there is a chain between grandmother, mother, daughter not to oppose against injustice, then we need the idea of opposition. But that is not only a male strategy. Enough women nowadays have the self confidence, to resist if they are not treated with acceptance.

P.S.:
dear Rita,
silence in family is one point. You know I had to suffer under daily corporal punishment. A second point: the ridiculous goal to be more: it is not only a male behaviour! Women can be guilty too. Maybe you have the internet time to read my today’s article about Pol Pot’s killing fields in Cambodia – or the Nazi Germany and the greatest female philosopher (beside you): Hannah Arendt:
