tagged P

Every Tuesday, step by step, I’m walking with my readers from A to Z, last week we had “O” (visit tagged o), so this week we have P – I’m sure you’ll find a story or a short reflection tagged with “P”! Feel free to add in the comments below the link to your personal interpretation of the letter “P”!!! Myself I’ll feature P for possessions:

POSSESSIONS

Maybe we should reduce our possessions down to what we can carry on a bicycle (for example: the dog, the cello, the newspaper) – or like the African girl: introduce your most important! My own choice would be (if I had to leave a kind of modern Titanic): my moleskine notebooks with some autobiographic short stories…

  13. Ironic that I want my possessions more than ever – since they are stuck in a container until we finally move into our own apartment in Jun…however, I am quite content with having much less than I have in those said containers. I know, how contradictory!

after visiting Venice and the gondolas there, I’m very amused to hear about your version:

Ah, Frizz, an enticing stack of journals. I, too, have been thinking about stuff – as in too much of it. Maybe it is a spring thing – or maybe has to do with getting older.
Here is my post for p – as in Pat.

Hi Frizz, the alphabet “P” is a positive one. For me, it means “purpose”…a whole life filled. The “man with bass and dog” is a life of intent and energy. The girl with a doll a life of purpose to cherish. Your modern Titanic moleskine notebooks is a life full of purpose, one of creation. Possessions, a good word, reminds us of our life :)
