I like a photo, if we can use such a picture as a metaphor, as a door leading to further associations and hidden or not hidden messages. Looking to this balloon, I cannot decide: a symbol for my future or for some months, even years in my past life? What appears in YOUR brain / mind map / memory line?

For me it means something to do with the past. The black and white and the cartoon on the balloon remind me of the past.

it’s nice, if you can laugh if it goes down and down – once a friend made a gift to me on my birthday: a trip with a balloon – but I was too anxious to join: I feared to come down on a railway track or between electricity power cables or on troubled waters with no bridge in sight …

As you know, I’m quite partial to metaphors! I feel like it belongs in a dream or a Tim Burton film.

It appears to me as a symbol of my childhood, kind of my Jules Verne’s readings : ‘The Children of Captain Grant’ and ‘5 weeks in a balloon’. It’s pure joy and adventure for me, Frizz.

The balloon photo is very serene! Perhaps it represents the past because it is in black and white? The balloon with change scenery into a colorful future, I’m sure!
