    • never heard from your Quail birds before! I believe, we eat the eggs of them, German name “Wachtel” – I fear, some people even eat the whole bird (without the feathers of course)

      • Your too funny, without the feathers. Yes, I know my uncles, when I was little, use to go quail hunting. Funny they turn out to be my favorite bird. I can’t even imagine eating such a cute thing. But, then again I am vegetarian. To each is own. I can’t really judge. Thank you for all the time you take with the challenge. See you next time.

    • and what Q in the Devil’s Dictionary by Ambrose Bierce?

      QUORUM
“In the United States a quorum consists of the chairman of the Committee on Finance and a messenger from the White House…”

      frizz-comment:
In Germany the quorum (of right wing orthodox Christian CDU, CSU + FDP) in the parliament (Bundestag) decides to give to all mothers 150 $$ monthly, who decide to keep their little kids at home instead sending them daily to the Kindergarten. So the kids (especially immigrants) do not learn German and the teachers (mostly female) in the Kindergartens are jobless.
