Israel vs. Iran

Israel is considering, how to attack Tehran’s nuclear facilities. Maybe only two small attacks vs. some nuclear plants. But the question is: How would Iran react THEN? Maybe the whole Arabian world? Of course I think it’s better, to stay calm and make diplomatic negotiations instead of involving military. Not good: the German Chancellor Angela Merkel recently delivered a high tech submarine (ready for nuclear rockets) to Israel. A bad sign in times of tension. The German Nobel literature laureate Günter Grass wrote a poem titled “It Must Be Said” criticizing Israel’s plans vs. Iran. Now most of the German newspapers and talk-show guests are criticizing Günter Grass as “anti-semitic”. I think, though Iran made some very cruel statements vs. Israel: it should be allowed, to criticize escalation in this region.

  2. I don’t think Iran is the major threat everyone makes them out to be. But our Governments and their bankers like to keep the war drums beating. It is beyond me, why America, Germany, or anyone else needs to run to Israels aid in dealing with Iran (if they are indeed a threat, to begin with). Israel has something like 300 nuclear bombs themselves, already. I doubt Iran is insane enough to attack them, given those odds. Not to mention, Israel has already said that they can handle their own problems. The world would probably be a whole lot more peaceful, if the individual Nations would mind their own business, and of course, if there wasn’t so much money to be made in the continual supply of arms to both sides of these ludicrous wars.

  7. NOBODY ever made a better world with war. Of course, we must defend ourselves if attacked. But making a first strike–very worrisome, indeed.
