Weekly Photo Challenge: Regret

I’m sure my cat is regretting, that in the meantime (this is an old photo) all goldfishes are gone. She doesn’t ask herself, why they have gone …

Hhahaahah .. the cat is porbably frustrated trying to catch them.

  13. Great stuff! I better get on posting mine for the week, it’s a good theme! The kitty and fish are so cute… I’ve had cats my whole life and fish just a few times… this is typical! :)

  14. This is WAY too funny as an expression of REGRET! This poor kitty is the very image of frustration! And what IS it with those wooden reindeer? They look as if they regret not being able to swim, as well! And I love the fishes playground equipment. Does the cat regret not having some like it?

  22. I “regret” that us humans don’t have the intelligence to think before acting so that we never have to regret. [I'm sure your cat misses them!]

    • and maybe you are right, if you comment in your regret-post, that we do not use enough candles having electricity everywhere so easy – candles help to concentrate, are a bridge to our feelings – electric light not in that way; Sir Elton John knew this very well as he composed CANDLES IN THE WIND …

  41. THAT… is ADORABLE. Your photo makes me glad that I got into goldfish AFTER my feline friend of thirteen years had gone. I can only imagine the fun she would have had with them. (Well… fun for her, not for them. ;) )

  42. I think none like to apologize, mine doesn’t either. Is a cat thing, that’s why I have said no to my kids petition to having a fish tank at home. Don’t want to regret having a cat.

I don’t have a cat any more; but they are so classically dominate when you stand back and view the situation. The adage; dogs have masters, cats have staff, is so true.
    Are you buying more fish???

Your Emily is lovely and it’s got me thinking of our ‘long ago’ Fluffy!

She was regal and should have maybe had a better name. She was special but had had to fight for her place. She was like animals in Africa tend to be; just there!

Now I think back, I feel sad!
You have made me sad tonight.
