Once? Oh, no. Many times! Less so lately. but that’s not because I’m better. The newer auto-focus technology can’t focus with a lens cap on 😉 These days, my more frequent mistake is leaving it in shutter priority. When I last took it during bright daylight, shutter speed set at the absolutely max… same result.
