Weekly Photo Challenge: Waiting

weekly photo challenge No. 44: WAITING
NY, security routine
photo shot in Manhattan by FrizzText

waiting is realizing, that we sometimes have to cross a bridge into new situations – maybe human beings fall into a similar (prisoner’s) mood, waiting in a hospital for a doc’s diagnosis …

  1. Great shot! Waiting for answers from the Doc is definitely like prison.

  4. As an onion in WAITING
I’ve shed several layers of seven
    seven time seven, i’ve shed…
The question now in WAITING is:
Will seven times ten ever shed?

  13. One ends up waiting one’s whole life long… It never ends. One may as well learn to wait gracefully!

A very dramatic capture. I’d conjecture that the man in handcuffs is waiting to be booked.

  27. Powerful shot FrizzText! I wouldn’t want to be doing that kind of waiting from the perspective of the guys in cuffs. I’d probably be hanging there waiting to see the whole thing unfold from the sidewalk though. Nosey I guess my self would be 🙂

Where did you shot that scene?
I guess the guys will have to wait for a very long time… In jail 😦

    • I shot the scene in Manhattan, South of Central Park, near Columbus Circle; I was surprised how fast all worked! A white Porsche stopped the escaping vehicle, security stuff came from all streets in seconds; handcuffs out, down on your knee, basta! Don’t know, what they were accused for. Maybe Yoko Ono knows. They came from that direction …
