A great collection of ‘Mockingbird’. What a find — Dusty Springfield. Brings back memories of Dusty singing in the background at my parent’s cocktail parties . . . . I think my mother had a sequined outfit just like that!

Oh Frizz, please don’t touch Emily! I love this cat. 🙂 She can do no wrong. Here’s why:
I just did a 14 minute work-out by exercising (dancing) to these videos. I remember so well Inez and Charlie, and the others, singing this song. These videos had me on the floor doing the Twist, Swim, Monkey, Mash Potato and others. What a great workout I had. So you and Emily actually saved me from being an internet potato. I am bookmarking this post-it will be my exercise routine every day. I’ve always loved dancing but I’m totally out of lock and step with the dances of today. So I’m happy in my dance zone with these videos. 🙂 Thanks Emily! for Frizz’s inspiration for this post. 🙂
