
Soy beans from Asia are now suspected to be responsible for the outbreak of the EHEC-epidemic in Germany. The soy beans were found in a horticultural holding in the little town Uelzen. The company had supplied the restaurant KARTOFFELKELLER in Luebeck, where several people had been infected. But the cause may just as well by the watering procedure of those soy beans.
