warum sind die einen reich und die anderen arm
weil die reichen meistens mehr wissen, können und erfahrung (und auch das nötige kapital ) aufweisen
deshalb kann nur eine gute ausbildung in den armen ländern nachhaltig etwas ändern und nicht die bestrafung von einzelnen in der ferne
brutal gesagt sollte man solche gefangene gar nicht machen

More ntervention is needed off the coast of Somalia. I understand that some joint efforts are underway, but the amount of piracy is still a significant problem in that region. Interesting post.
