It’s a sad story: A housekeeper in Manhattan had the worse case: The son of the guitarist Eric Clapton, aged four: Conor, – he fell out off a skyscraper’s 53rd-story window of the rock star’s New York apartment. Trying to find a way out of this catastrophe Eric composed the lyrics and music TEARS IN HEAVEN: “… Would you know my name / If I saw you in heaven? // Would it be the same / If I saw you in heaven? …”
