A precious xmas photo from you!!
Here is xerophyte – beautifully painful, or painfully beautiful:

Xerophyte:
a plant adapted for life and growth with a limited water supply;
a desert plant (like cactus).

thank you – and you could use this same photo for next Tuesday’s photo challenge “Y”, because your flower is yellow – so like the Xerophyte survives with one cup of water two weeks you could survive two weeks with one photo and poem!

Hello there, Xmas is a great word for the letter of the week. I cheated a little bit and featured Xpectant, Xtract, and Xistence. Haha.
Here’s the link: http://gatheringbooks.wordpress.com/2012/06/12/photo-challenge-x/
Hello Myra,
I like your bridge with “Xistence” to existentialism – I’ve read a lot about Sartre and Heidegger, Jaspers and Albert Camus. I even established a photogroup with such a topic at http://www.flickr.com/groups/existentialism/ – you have featured a very interesting photographer!
and maybe I should continue there with my discussion about the question, if it could be possible, that animals (cats, horses, whales …) sometimes notice feelings as described by EXISTENTIALISM.

Maybe some photographers have supporting documents for this thesis …

I like your first photo – for sure some hidden Xxx’s there!
Ok, I was stumped. I’m waiting for the next letter. I can’t wait to visit all the blogs links above to see what people came up with.
It’s still Tuesday. I found something today for X.
http://canoecommunications.wordpress.com/2012/06/12/x-is-for-ten-commandments/
“X is the Roman numeral 10!”

+
That’s a very creative curve watching X! and sometimes it would be a creative curve to follow at least some of the 10 commandments. In the cabarets I often hear very funny versions of the 10 commandments!
+
thank you for your illustration:
… click on the 10 commandments to enter the blog of canoecommunications!
ironic versions of the 10 (= X) commandments:
1 – It is as it is.
2 – What once left us, is gone.
3 – We don’t own this – so we don’t need this.
4 – It comes, what comes.
5 – Always there will be a happy end.
6 – If there is no happy end, take it easy.
7 – Everything is changing.
… etc.
Is this only supposed to be posted on Tuesday, or is it like the weekly photo challenge, where the topic comes out on that day and you can post a lll week?
